Why teaser? Because the majority of photos are on my camera’s memory cards (traveller looking for computer with two USB plugs, plus a laundry place, for a traveling kind of connection), yet from time to time I take photos on my phone especially for you (yes, you). Hopefully, tons and tons of photos will be added here at some point, a sad point, when only memories will be left. And, of course, challenge equals opportunity equals great upcoming classes not-equals-yet-happens dreams of future traveling.
Where was I?
Perhaps in Page, Arizona, right between experiencing the Grand Canyon and Antelope Canyon, during very busy days, filled with jaw-dropping scenery, and, believe it or not, even better relatives! Therefore, I haven’t been able to write as much as I love to do, and I can only hope that the majority of experiences will stay with me for when I do write (and the intention is indeed to write).
Meanwhile, since Boston, I have been to Colorado and New Mexico. Here’s a quick recap for you.
A bit of downtown Denver
A fantastic horseback riding class
A bit of Boulder
A nature trip in a little-known forest
Rocky Mountain National Park
Great Sand Dunes National Park
Met 4 relatives, travelled with 2 of them
Ate tons of new foods
Laughed a lot
Taos Pueblo (Native American village)
Bandelier National Monument
A bit of Santa Fe
A hot air balloon museum in Albuquerque
Met 2 relatives
Saw a real-life hot air balloon in the air on the way to the Grand Canyon with the New Mexican family
It is getting very late, so I’ll keep you in suspense regarding my Arizona experiences thus far… Meanwhile, here are some Grand Canyon photos for you. Do notice the tree that posed in front of the Grand Canyon, the Grand Canyon vending machine at one of the lodges, and, of course – the canyon itself.
Funny dreams, everyone!
